text-align: justify; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 102);\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:78%;\"  lang=\"ES\" >Tanto los libros como la actividad editorial suelen ser valorados en mayor medida respecto de su dimensi\u00f3n simb\u00f3lica que de su aspecto material, desconociendo a menudo que el complejo proceso que convierte una idea en un libro exige, para su realizaci\u00f3n, de recursos humanos, t\u00e9cnicos y financieros que requieren ser bien administrados. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 102);\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:78%;\"  lang=\"ES\" >Esta complejidad se advierte, por un lado, al considerar que cada etapa del proceso de producci\u00f3n editorial, llevada a cabo por un \u00e1rea determinada (editorial, comercial, administrativa, etc\u00e9tera), para ejecutar su acci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica se vale de varios y distintos recursos que es preciso administrar particular y eficientemente. A la vez, cada una de estas \u00e1reas tiene relaci\u00f3n con las otras que integran la organizaci\u00f3n, formando un entramado de interacciones cuyo \u00e9xito o fracaso afecta directamente los resultados buscados para cada producto. Por otra parte, y fundamentalmente, no son id\u00e9nticos los recursos ni se administran del mismo modo en el marco de una editorial perteneciente a un grupo multinacional que en una pyme o en un departamento de publicaciones dependiente de una organizaci\u00f3n gubernamental o instituci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro. En definitiva, <i style=\"\">los entornos <\/i>\u2013seg\u00fan la envergadura y los objetivos de las organizaciones dedicadas al quehacer editorial\u2013 <i style=\"\">determinan el tipo de recursos necesarios y su modo de administraci\u00f3n<\/i>.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; color: rgb(0, 0, 102);\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:78%;\"  lang=\"ES\" >En este sentido, la materia Administraci\u00f3n de <st1:personname productid=\"la Empresa Editorial\" st=\"on\">la Empresa Editorial<\/st1:personname> brinda a los estudiantes de Edici\u00f3n un primer contacto con la mayor\u00eda de aquellos aspectos de la administraci\u00f3n cuyo buen manejo, en definitiva, permite que los libros \u2013sean estos impresos o digitales\u2013 tengan existencia concreta y lleguen a encontrarse con sus lectores. Partiendo de esa base general, el eje de este Seminario se ubica en la <i>profundizaci\u00f3n de contenidos relacionados con la administraci\u00f3n de los recursos por \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica, seg\u00fan los tipos de organizaci\u00f3n editorial<\/i>. Tambi\u00e9n procura brindar herramientas que permitan realizar <i>diagn\u00f3sticos respecto de la administraci\u00f3n<\/i> de emprendimientos editoriales, as\u00ed como proponer <i>v\u00edas de soluci\u00f3n a distintos tipos de problemas detectados<\/i>.
